Policy
Our agreement, in plain words
A few clear points, so the day itself can stay unhurried. Questions are welcome on WhatsApp or in the FAQs.
1. Delivery times
Your photographic coverage will be sent to you within 15 days at most. Your promo film will be sent within 30 days at most.
2. Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable. It secures your date, and we turn other requests away for it.
3. Use of your wedding
What is captured by By Nabil may be used by By Nabil on social media and in the By Nabil website gallery, as a reference of the work. A dedicated team chooses only appropriate content to publish.
4. Booked hours and extra hours
If the day needs more time than the booked hours, or runs past them, that time counts. Each extra hour has to be paid.
5. A note on commercials
By Nabil Films also produces commercials, with the same care for light and story.
